The Rancho location is right near our house, so we’ve been ordering drinks and buying coffee beans from them for quite a few years! We’ve generally been very happy. We stopped in the Ontario location yesterday on the way home from a road trip, and my husband went in and ordered my usual: just a plain, unsweetened latte with nonfat milk. Not sure what happened. It was the worst tasting latte I’ve ever had. Ever. It tasted like either nitro coffee was in there or beer. It was weird and fermented-tasting and I took one sip and couldn’t do it. I visited this location today, July 27, 2024, after four previous visits. Unfortunately, on this fifth visit, my order was taken incorrectly and ended up being made wrong after a wait of over ten minutes. The manager mistakenly prepared a bitter drink. She remade it, but unfortunately, it was still incorrect and overly sweet. After leaving and driving back, she tried to fix it again and provided me with a $5 gift card, even though my drink cost $7.44. I felt this was inappropriate, considering the drink's price, and there was no apology for wasting nearly 30 minutes of my time. This place is super close to my house so I tend to go before work. I order through the app and I appreciate that I’m always greeted and my drink is always ready. But I always order an Oat Capp on Tap and ask for 3 splendas to be added. I’m not sure why but they NEVER add the splendas. Today I even specified in the details if they can mix the splendas in and still, nope. I tried to ask a barista if there was a way I can specify further so that the splendas are actually mixed in (maybe they aren’t supposed to mix them for some reason? and she got weirdly defensive so no solution was offered. I literally just want to be in and out I’m truly not sure why this is an issue
It seems I've discovered my new favorite coffee shop! It was so cute, the employee where so nice too. I couldn't diced what to choose but they helped immensely. I wish I thought of taking a picture of my drink, vanilla bean latte. They offer me a glass cup which was nice , I already feel like I waste with the plastic cups just to drink inside. Wow I wish I drank coffee just so I could be here often !! the customer service is TOP TIER ! The guy with the glasses was so nice I thought we were friends the way he was chattin to me i literally only came in because my car wouldn’t start and he even offered me cables ! Like whaaaaat
The iced matcha latte with oat milk was outstanding. The iced crème brûlée latte was enjoyable, although it had a flavor similar to Starbucks coffee. I highly recommend the iced matcha latte! The warmed cheese Danish was also a real treat. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5.
The coffee was excellent, striking the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor. The food was delicious and served quickly. The staff were friendly and had a great attitude too.
