First time patron on 8/25/2023... fantastic experience. Service bartenders were engaging, funny, and professional. Server ditto. Food I had the 8 oz. filet. REALLY good. Beer well, have you looked at their beer menu? The most extensive I've ever seen, overwhelming in the number of choices. But that's a good thing. Atmosphere/ambience the enclosed outside courtyard, where we dined, was so cool. Tables spaced far enough apart where you could have privacy but still be amidst other happy diners. Oh, and it was reasonable! I was actually surprised at how low the bill was for what we ordered. It doesn't get much better than this. Can't wait to go back.
This is a trendy bar that offers above-average food. While it may be a bit overpriced, the dishes are consistently delicious. Housed in a 120-year-old building, it exudes a charming, nostalgic atmosphere. I grew up just a few blocks away from Knickerbockers. I fondly recall visiting Badway's penny candy store to grab an ice-cold soda and ten gummy fish for just a quarter! Ah, the early 1980s!

Excellent menu and good food. However it takes a good long time for orders to come out of the kitchen. The server was pleasant, intelligent, and attentive. This is one of the few places where you can enjoy a fantastic late-night meal. I've dined here multiple times and have always been pleased with my experience. They also have a great selection of local beers.
The food is absolutely delicious! The pub has a charming atmosphere with an open dining area (we opted to sit inside). The crab dip is fantastic, and my wife's favorite dish is the fish and chips.
