It’s a shame, I used to really enjoy coming here for certain items for the last few years such as chicken salad. The last two times I’ve been there when I would get a pound container to go. It’s 25% mayonnaise.There should only be enough mayonnaise to keep it moist.Unfortunately I won’t be back I’m not spending $15-$17 for a pound of chicken salad is 25% of it is mayonnaiseAnd they could definitely learn what extra extra lean, sliced thin corn beef means.It was cut way too thick and not trimmed properly. I grew up on Jewish soul food.Certain items here are definitely lackingThe upside is, the staff is very nice.
Horrible Cornbeef sandwich but nice chips and pickles . The waitress was very nice and professional. I’ll never get a cornbeef sandwich from them ever again. The only place I find Cornbeef sandwiches to be good is in the Reading Terminal!! I even went to 4th Street deli and the only place that would have me happy is Reading Terminal but that’s before the virus I have to go back to see if my favorite place is still there! I would like to know what happened to the Jewish Deli’s that took Pride in their Corhbeef sandwich?
We have a kick from our fun server, Sharon, who had much to do! The other staff was also nice despite too busy. Eat delicious! Unfortunately, they ran out of the knits and Latkes we wanted to try.
Just what you would expect from the name. Really good stuff here. You can tell authentically from the old waitress that the kitchen make the French onion soup first. I wish I could try more Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Germantown Pike was really good. Jewish hoagie was ok, meat was cut too thick. Homemade chips were pretty good. Looking forward to trying some other selections in the future.
Our friend brought some whitefish salad and kippered salmon from this deli to our weekend brunch and they were hands down the best we’ve ever had. Highly recommended.
The best spot for breakfast or lunch in the Philly suburbs. Reminds me of a New York deli. Great options and great service!
