Have not been there in a while. I see they changed hands. I always remember getting a good hero there. Was disappointed this time. A 12 dollar hero? It better be good. Looked promising when I opened it. Nice think section of meat but after a few bites the mean disappeared. 2 inches of bread lettuce and cheese on each end. Very disappointed. A pound of the meat sandwich I bought was 11.99 a pound so I at least expected a half pound of meat. I got maybe less than 3 ounces all piled in the middle. Won't be going back there again.
The deli offered an extensive variety of sandwiches and smoothies, as well as a hot buffet situated in the center of the establishment. The food in the buffet looked very appealing, and the place was bustling with local patrons and workers from the nearby hospital and correctional facility. I tried a hot chicken sandwich, which was quite good. I would definitely visit again. The only downside was the lack of seating; we ended up eating outside in the parking lot since we were just passing through the area.
Quality and service has gone down since Tony and his crew switched to start the new location, Royal Scarlet in White Plains. His business partner seems not to care. Tony had that place running like a well oiled machine, I would go there 4+ times a week and would never be disappointed, the past few times I’ve been there is been a terrible experience. Tony Jimmy come back and save it!
The service was terrible. The staff ignored me, and I experienced overt racism. I waited at the counter for 15 minutes to pay for my order, yet the girl behind the counter didn't acknowledge my presence and served others who arrived after me. I will not return and cannot recommend this business to anyone.

It’s a madhouse. Did not get my sandwich after everyone in the shop went in and out. If you hear them call out something you like just say it’s yours and pay. Lots of flies ands it’s winter.
Great deli, always fresh and the staff hustles. They have a system and it works. Huge salads and a great menu. A big deli in a little town
This restaurant offers the best sandwiches in town! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the place is impeccably clean.
The service and quality has gone down considerably with the new management.
