My Knotty Pine pub in Wharton is the best place to go for a relaxing fun afternoon or evening. The wings are outstanding and the fishing chips are my favorite. The best part about the place is the staff. They are attentive and kind and they do anything they can to make your day the best it can be. Jimmy Cindy works so hard for their customer base
This is a nice little dive bar, but the staff can be quite rude. I ordered wings and called back just five minutes later to request a change from bone-in to boneless, but they refused to accommodate my request. So much for customer service. I'll be looking for another place next time.
Ordered the clam chowder soup very salty and way over seasoned with what tasted like oregano. Was going to order an entree but the bartender was preoccupied chatting with her regulars. By the time she came to me I decided to eat elsewhere. Nothing special here.
