I went in there right at 5PM on 10/13/21. Even though there wasn't enough ppl RIGHT AT 5pm (when they open) to fill an entire hibachi table, they quickly brought out our sides and started the show. We had the whole station to ourselves. Sam was an amazing chef. He entertained us with awesome skills and great conversation. He immediately seemed like a friend instead of a cook. Mr. Mateo was our server and was timely and polite with any of our requests. At the end of the meal, they all came out and wished me a happy birthday in American style then Japanese style. It's been a long time since we found a good Japanese Teppanyaki house. This restaurant isn't just good, it is fantastic! Danny was our attentive server. Sam was our chef. I ordered an extra fried rice right as Sam started cooking the rice, Danny immediately went to get additional serving of rice to be cooked with the rest. I had the filet and it was cooked to the perfect temperature and the cut was one of the best cuts of filet I've ever had.
