Really good food! Had the prawn and chicken biryani, which came with papads and raita no need to add on. The prawns were MASSIVE and so fresh and well seasoned. Adipoli, insane flavour bomb! The staff were lovely, despite the chaos of the obviously crowded spot. I understand the crowd lol, the food is worth the hype. Really lovely place. We were asked if we wanted the food to be spicy, which is rather inclusive of them and understandable given the customers. 100% coming back! My experience at Kohinoor Of Kerala was disappointing. I visited based on positive online reviews while traveling from Dorset to London, but upon arrival, the staff, including the manager, were unwelcoming and rude. We were told all tables were booked with no alternative options or estimated wait time offered. The lack of hospitality made us feel unwelcome, and we ultimately chose to leave. Regardless of the restaurant’s food or reputation, such poor service can severely impact a business. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this restaurant. Service rating: 1 star.

If someone orders a porotta he has to order each curry for each set of porotta even though they don't want 2set of curry, which is the rule by the staff who is in the billing department, We ordered one curry and he forced us to order one more curry and the curry was extra for us. When the time of billing we asked the reason He said that he has many expenses is so we have to order like it.
