What a delightful ramen experience. Went here for lunch as it was recommended by a friend and it sure surpassed my expectations.Staff is friendly and attentive. Each table has a QR code that customer will have to scan in order to place order digitally. The seats doubles as a container for your jacket, purse, and etc.Premium Supreme Ramen (Hokaido soup base) the soft boiled eggs are so creamy, pork and chicken cooked to perfection, ramen is Al Dante just right in texture, soup was rich and was so delicious I cleared the bowl.Overall a great experience and I am look forward on next visit as weather is getting cold and I need to warm my belly.
This place has a really interesting menu and good quality. They have a wide variety of options ranging from traditional classics to modern twists for their ramen.Their duck breast ramen was the most unique ramen I’ve seen. Typically duck breast is not served in any other ramen places that I know of. Overall, I really liked the choice of shoyu broth with the duck breast as it didn’t take away the full flavour of the duck breast. The portions are quite reasonable. However, I will say the price for the duck ramen is above $15 (a bit steep) however given the uniqueness I would say it’s definitely worth trying.
I got this duck breast ramen at a deal for delivery; let's just say the ramen overall is average. The noodles, broth, toppings; it's all straightforward and done reasonably well. The big issue is the duck; I'm assuming it was sous vide cooked, and you can see a nice pink in the center. Great! But then why leave the skin not seared and chewy? Crispy skin would propel this to the next tier; unfortunately, it stumbles right at the finish line instead. With the high prices too, I'd only recommend this if you really like ramen and want to try a new joint.
small trembling business I heard about in markham and decided to visit. ordering can be made with servers or via an app for convenience. tonkotsu and Hokkaido rays were solid. ramen noodles were springy enough, although I would say that the broth base may not have been boiled long enough, as it was not lacking considerable flavoue. really like her karaage that had a unique ginger aroma in its coating. would perhaps recommend trying at least once with a few real standalone wheels places in the opposite
I go here a lot because it tastes great but this is the third time this has happened. I ordered A1 which comes with two pieces of pork, I also ordered an extra piece of pork which is an additional $3. They gave me three pieces but the third one is less half the width of the other two. Why I am paying more for this?
The broth was tasteless… I don’t understand why there’re many positive reviews. Broth is very important for a ramen even ramen is the main food in menu. I would say the ramen quality is food court level. No jokes. I would save that $17 before tax for much better ramen….. Very disappointed.
amazing and delicious rams! the staff is also super friendly! they get a great selection at their daily regular rams and the unique species such as speck and cheese! Do you want ice in a ram? I wish they would open one to Mississauga so it's close. I recommend this place very much!
Custardy soft whites and gooey, creamy yolk. Damn! Best ramen egg I've ever had! So much attention to detail in each ingredient of the ramen. You can tell these people love doing their job well. Better than any ramens I had in Japan.
Wonderful rams. thick and delicious broth. the gyu don is also very good. I wish it came with a little more sauce. it is not a very big load so they might have to wait a little busy hours. service was excellent.
