Just a heads up, they're only open until 2 PM, so don’t stroll in at 2:30 expecting to be served—you'll only leave disappointed!
Well yesterday I happened to be in St. Louis for work. Being a 6'4 225lb man who does construction work. I was hungry. Next door I found the Kolache Factory. Never even heard of them. So I go inside and OMG what a great idea. Pillowy soft fresh bread stuffed with morsels of yummy goodness. What a great idea. I instantly call my lady and tell her we need this in Springfield Illinios.
Exceptional service and incredible food! We really need one of these in the CWE so we can have catering for work events. I tried the jalapeño popper and the cream cheese and chocolate kolache this morning, and I absolutely loved them. I can't wait to return!
Love this place! The bread is delicious alone and THEN.....it's stuffed with delicious ingredients. They have such a variety from sweets to savory. I've tried several and have not been disappointed. My personal favorite is the ham&cheese. A Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Picked up an order for breakfast on a road trip. Staff was friendly. Order was ready quickly. Price point not bad anywhere from a $1.79 and up. I suggest the sausage egg cheese. Lifetime customer.
I'm new in town and just getting familiar w/ STL. So glad to come across Kolache Factory. They prepare some amazing Food. Definitely worth a return visit.
