We were enchanted by the chef's good cooking and the smiling, attentive welcome from the charming lady from the Charentes They delighted us: gravlax trout, cauliflower velouté, braised chuck, poultry supreme, melting raspberry lychee shortbread and the citrus variation...a delight! Great value for money with fresh produce. The flavors are well balanced and the seasoning is spot on.
