I consider myself a long time loyalist to the Kotobuki game. I frequent the one in Babylon a ton, love the one in Roslyn, and now most recently this location. I do love love love the sushi and sashimi for one but since coming to this location... I have a meeting found love for beef and chicken negimaki and the carnival roll.. ordered the chicken negimaki for the first time the other night and I was actually surprised how good it was.. chicken was perfect not dry or overdone .. great splitting app I feel since it comes individually rolled up; really a nice bite.. I placed an online order with a scheduled pick-up time of 7:05. Anticipating it would be a busy evening, I waited a little longer and arrived to pick up my order at 7:25, only to be informed that it would take a few more minutes. After waiting 40 minutes, I finally received my order. This wait was completely unacceptable. While I must admit the food is excellent, I'm not sure it's worth the long delay.
**Must-Try Dishes:** Sautéed Oysters, Spicy Tuna Sandwich, California Roll, Tuna, American Dream Roll, Tuna Carpaccio, Salmon Carpaccio, Seaweed Salad, and Spider Roll.

I absolutely love Kotobuki! It's the freshest sushi I've ever had. I went for dinner, and for the price of $30-50 per person, the food was outstanding—definitely a 5 out of 5. However, I would rate the service a 3, and the atmosphere was also a 3. Overall, a great experience!

I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years, and I can confidently say it's the best sushi in Suffolk, hands down! The Sushi for Two is an incredible deal!
We've been several times, consistently fresh well prepared food. My favorite place to get fresh sashimi and sushi, Special for 2 is the best.
The sashimi is exceptional, and the restaurant is quite busy, which ensures its freshness! I highly recommend having lunch there!
