This is some of the best sushi I've ever had in my life. I highly recommend sitting at the bar and chatting with the head chef, Hiro. He's an amazing, funny, and entertaining guy. This is definitely a sushi spot I plan to visit regularly. The atmosphere is delightful, always bustling with people and lively conversations. Hiro and the other chefs really bring the restaurant to life with their engaging discussions, all while serving sushi that surprises you with its incredible flavors.
Hero may be semi-retired, but he has established one of the best sushi bars in Orange County. It's important that we support this fantastic spot! The new chefs are excellent, the service is top-notch, and the fish is as fresh as ever. Let’s rally behind this place so we don’t end up reminiscing about the past. This sushi bar remains exceptional!
I have been seriously spoiled with sushi restaurants and get nervous trying new places. My parents found this place and introduced me to Hiro. It is now my go to sushi restaurant. I prefer to sit at the bar in Hiros section. Always busy but I havenot waited more than 20 min. I do Omakase? highly recommended.
Honestly the best sushi I have had any place including Japan which comes in 2nd place. If you go here you sit at the bar and just eat anything the chef prepares for you. You will thank me even though you don?t know me. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
By far the best sushi food I ever had!! Not only is the food amazing but the warmth and kindness by the chefs is amazing. They really do treat like family. Check it out for yourselves!
Do not appreciate hearing the F word used as an adjective, adverb or verb while dinning by Hero the sushi owner. Salmon handroll was ok but the experience sucks...
