You absolutely have to check this place out! The dishes are delicious and of high quality, the sangria selection is fantastic, and the service is exceptional. From beginning to end, the entire experience is wonderful. The waiter is always friendly and accommodating. I truly appreciate the service here, and the chef is incredibly kind to the guests, always striving to provide the best quality! I highly recommend this restaurant. It made me feel like I was back in my beautiful island of Puerto Rico.
K-picu, a hidden gem in Clearwater, comes highly recommended! This restaurant serves a wonderful fusion of Puerto Rican and international cuisine that truly impressed me. I had the red snapper, which was paired with fragrant coconut rice and a refreshing slaw. The flavors were delightful! The service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant itself is clean and beautifully decorated.
My partner I ordered the fish tacos, Seafood Mofongo Jumbo Shrimp with Cilantro rice. The cabbage in the tacos were so damn good, def a 10/10. My partner enjoyed the Mofongo while I devoured my dish the rice tasted a lil burnt. Overall this was place was a hit 9.5/10. Also, the older gentleman younger woman who greeted us/took our order were amazing.
K-picu is a small restaurant, but very simple and cozy. All the food is very good. I love the yucca mofongo they have. I also had a guava sangria that was very tasty. I went in search of the Puerto Rican cilantro rice, and OMG, it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the sofrito shredded pork, cilantro rice, coleslaw, a passion fruit mojito, and coconut sangria. Everything was fantastic, and Maria was an excellent server—super friendly!
