I recently visited a restaurant that was running a promotion in collaboration with Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I decided to try their dozen pack of donuts with three different toppings. I also wanted to order cinnamon milk, but unfortunately they did not have it available. The staff seemed confused and gave mixed responses to my inquiry. When I reached the window to place my order, they informed me that they were out of the cinnamon milk. The donuts were not as good as I had expected, and I found them to be overrated. I would have preferred to have some regular glazed donuts from Krispy Kreme instead.
The donuts were very small and looked like they were made quickly, possibly cutting corners. I had to repeat my order five times at the drive-thru and they still got it wrong. This used to be one of my favorite places, but now I don't want to go back. It's not worth the money for what you get. The restaurant is located at a busy intersection and is very kid-friendly with wheelchair accessibility.
I heard that they give you a free glazed when the hot doughnuts now light is on. I heard it from the family of 4 in front of me who just got a dozen+4. When I ordered no extra glazed. And at $15 just a glazed dozen you would think they could in 1. $18 for an assorted dozen.
I have been waiting for the blueberry cake every time I visit but it is never available. Please consider either making it or removing it from the menu. Also, the new biscoff donuts are terrible. They do not taste like biscoff at all. What a disappointment. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Went through the drive thru to order some original glazed doughnuts and was told they did not have any. How is that? First thing on the menu and notta.
These are the best donuts I've ever tasted! I've been addicted to them since 1990 when I moved to North Carolina and first tried their glazed donuts!
