First of all I had no idea that there was a Krispy Kreme even in Stockbridge, as many times as I?ve driven down there I?ve never noticed it. So I decided to check them out and for whatever reason their hot sign wasn?t fully functional so you couldn?t know when to go get your hot and ready donuts. They have so many different varieties of donuts besides their regular glazed donuts, they also have a strawberry and lemonade chiller but I warn you it taste like pure sugar so I didn?t really enjoy it too much but on the other hand my experience was pretty good customer service was on point and I will definitely go again if I?m in the area of course.
I recently visited this restaurant for the second time in a few months and I was very disappointed. The service was not up to par. We waited in line for 15 minutes, as the doors were locked and only the drive-thru was open. When we finally reached the window, we were informed that the computer had malfunctioned and they needed to close. After asking how long it would take, we were told 10 minutes. Although we decided to wait, we were only helped by a young woman who was able to assist us. Despite seeing fresh doughnuts on the line, we did not receive them and instead ended up with poorly made doughnuts.
We ordered a dozen glazed donuts but upon paying for our order, we were informed that they did not have any change or receipt paper. Upon opening the box at home, we discovered that we had received a mixed box instead of what we had ordered. When we returned to the restaurant to correct the mistake, we were told that they were closed despite still having 20 minutes left before closing time. The staff insisted that they had given us what they had available, a mixed box, because they did not have the donuts we requested. This was by far the worst service we have ever experienced.
When I arrived to pick up my online order I wasn't greeted when I entered. I stood there a few minutes (no other customers) before I was acknowledged. My order wasn't ready. I was very disappointed in the appearance of my assorted carnival box. I also had a couple offers to redeem. One was a free donut of my choice. I was not given a choice a regular original donut was thrown in a bag. I was even more disappointed with the donuts taste after my hour trip home. They do NOT taste fresh. I have never been more disappointed with the quality of the donuts than my most recent visit. They were dense and very small. The chocolate iced with filling were barely covered with chocolate icing and the filling was practically non-existent. I've never purchased donuts from Krispy Kreme and them been this way. They appeared to be old and harder, not fresh at all. I will not visit the store on Hwy. 138 in Stockbridge, GA again. I made this stop to try and cheer up my daughter. It was a wasted stop.
I am thrilled that this Krispy Kreme location is open again. I enjoy bringing my son inside to pick out his favorite donuts. The staff is always so friendly and patient with him, as the selection can be overwhelming for a child. I also recommend using the Krispy Kreme app. I always check in when purchasing donuts or coffee and regularly receive rewards. On my birthday, I was even given a free dozen glazed donuts. It is evident that Krispy Kreme values their customers.
The staff at this restaurant was extremely friendly. I went through the drive-thru and was informed that there was a 30-minute wait for glazed donuts. Since it was my birthday, I decided to wait. After twenty minutes, I noticed that the line was getting longer, so I went inside to order my donuts. I also learned that by signing up for their app, you can receive a dozen donuts for your birthday.

This location has been going down for a long time.. the doughnuts are burnt often or cold and hard... and the back is always disgusting... it's rare when I give them a chance and usually only at a child's begging lol
