This is the second time I have made the drive here from Palm Springs and they are closed even though they are supposed to be open. Apparently they do whatever they want at this location. Arrived at 940 pm tonight with a sign on the door saying they were closing at 9pm due to unforseen circumstances . Their posted hours online are open until 10pm. I now see from the other reviews that this is a common experience for their customers. Waste of gas and time! Please be more professional and respectful to your patrons.This is a large well known company, not a doughnut stand on the corner.The staff needs to follow the posted hours. Will not be going back.
After visiting another donut shopping getting disgusted we decided to go to Krispy Kreme. Our experience was so wonderful we will never go anywhere else. Besides getting an excellent deal on our Donuts I was very impressed by the cleanliness and consistency of the product. Jacob was very friendly and helpful. Not only did we receive an excellent product but it was an excellent experience. We have downloaded the app and will make this a weekly if not daily experience. I don't know why anyone goes anywhere else.
Do believe the positive comments about this shop. I ordered a dozen and 1 drink online, but I had some trouble including my favorite doughnut, NY cheesecake, because the phone app says they are out. But when I visited today to pick up my order, I saw them on the counter and told the guy who assisted me about it. He did not hesitate to fulfill my initial, intended order. I have been a customer for years, and so far, I am extremely satisfied.
Love, Love, Love this Place when I was a youngster, 123 years ago, a Supermarket in Delta Colorado made Chocolate Long John's with the same cream filling that they use in their Chocolate Glazed Cream Donuts not boverion cream real cream, buy 2.
