Krispy Kreme is fantastic, and their donuts are delicious, but the staff at this location really need to improve their coordination. I ordered a dozen donuts but only received 11. Fortunately, while I was at the payment counter, they checked and handed me my missing donut. However, it felt a bit rushed and thoughtless, as it was just tossed into the bag rather than being neatly placed in the box. It left me a bit confused. Come on, ladies—let’s get it together! Being in customer service requires a level of professionalism.
10/11/23 There is a reason why the reviews are great. One of those reasons is Pam! She was very welcoming, patient with my wife and very helpful for my daughter's birthday celebration at her school. I know times are tough but customer service at this location is absolutely top notch . Thanks!
This Krispy Kreme does not honor the rewards program Gave me attitude and hassle when trying to redeem. Had no clue what I was even talking about. Now when I went inside to try and purchase some donuts their machine magically aren’t working anymore. Nice

The donuts are fantastic, but I wish there was a gluten-free option for those with Celiac disease. Otherwise, they are probably the best I've ever tasted.
I was having one of those rare moments when I craved something sweet. So, I decided to treat myself, and the donuts were served HOT!
