Krispy Kreme In High Po

I went to the drive thru today and when I got down the road I realized 4 doughnuts were the wrong ones. I went back through the drive thru to tell them I need the correct ones. She asked me to hand her the box of them and took them back through the window and exchanged them. This made me want to ask for my money back. Image how unsanitary it is to take food back through a window. The lady was very unresponsive like there was no “your welcome” nothing.

Over $14 for 2 small coffees and 4 donuts, KK Don 't say they 're raspberry filled you should say hint of raspberry very very dissapointed in them. There are pleanty of donut options out there. Pass on this one Update: I answered the customer satisfaction questionnaire at the bottom of my receipt, it says they will contact you within 3 days,.., Never ever heard from them. Poor quality overpriced product not worth the purchase price.

horrible experience. The girl on the drive thru head set was extremely rude and was rolling her eyes and laughing at me when I was glancing over the menu. Very unprofessional and I felt extremely uncomfortable as a customer. I then heard her say to her coworker “I don’t care if she can hear me” and laughed continuously. Not a place I will come back to and not a place I will tell people positive things about.

Donuts were not fresh at all in fact, you can get fresher donuts in the supermarket. I was extremely disappointed after spending $26 on donuts that my family cannot even eat. I will never come back to this Krispy Kreme again

Most of time they have deals. But it's like they don't be wanting to take time to tell you their deals
