At the counter, I saw four staff members in uniform walk by without acknowledging me. Eventually, I asked the woman behind the counter—who had her back to me the entire time—if they were still open. She curtly confirmed they were and mentioned they were only serving what was left. I ordered a two-piece chicken box since some options remained. Without asking if I preferred dark or white meat, she just turned, threw two pieces of chicken into the box, and handed me a burnt biscuit. Despite my polite approach, she seemed completely indifferent to me....
The service was quite slow, and the staff appeared to lack enthusiasm. We arrived at 2 PM on a Saturday, and when other customers came in after us, they were told that the cook had already left for the day, which meant they couldn't order the dishes they wanted, even though it was still during operating hours. The fries were overly salty, and the Diet Coke machine was flat. On a positive note, the biscuits were delightful, and the chicken was served hot.
I recently enjoyed lunch at this restaurant, and it was an excellent experience! The menu featured a wide range of options, all affordably priced. I was particularly impressed by the fresh ingredients and the delicious flavors in every dish. The service was prompt and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. This is a great place to eat. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is very friendly. The food is served hot and fresh. I will definitely return.
