I had a fantastic experience with David at customer service. Despite being the only one working and facing a long line, he managed to stay calm and assist everyone with a cheerful demeanor. I encountered a problem when trying to add my Kroger card to the app, as it wasn’t working. Rather than sending me away after I mentioned I called customer service, he took the time to help me, even with so many people waiting. This exceptional store has completely restored my faith in Kroger! I had been avoiding Kroger for a few months due to poor service, but I happened to be near this location and decided to stop in. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the employees were! I was greeted as soon as I entered, received warm smiles, and several employees checked in to see if I needed assistance. It might sound silly, but my previous visits to the Kroger locations closer to my home were not at all like this. I returned today for something else and had the same wonderful experience! My husband and I went to this Kroger to pick up items for dinner. It was about ten minutes until six in the evening when we approached the meat counter and found Courtney in the process of un-stocking the meat counter, so my husband says are you guys closing already? and Courtney 's reply was that 's a stupid question, what does it look like I 'm doing! The pharmacy just keeps getting worse! They follow the law regarding controlled substances but can not explain the law. The pharmacist Lisa explained to exactly how an insured patient needing an rx for controlled cough syrup would be treated differently than a patient without insurance. Lisa explained with insurance she could get a PA for the rx from the prescriber however an uninsured patient would not be able to get a pa (due to no insurance) and their prescription for controlled cough syrup would not be filled until 30 days is up. Kroger is our favorite grocery store, this is our go location. The main reason we like Kroger is the low prices and the Kroger rewards card. If you use the reward card enough, you get discounts on gas prices, as well as mailed top customer coupons. Those savings can really add up, if you pay attention and do things smartly. Overall, the employees are nice at this store, but sometimes with the boom of online shopping and pickup, it has made this store much more difficult to navigate because the employees picking up order push these huge carts that always seem to be in the way. I don't know why everyone always critiques grocery stores on Yelp the same manner of restaurants. It's time to change gears. As far as groceries go, it's above average. This Kroger is upscale compared to some of its peers, clean, has the hard to find Keto bread we get, and all the bougie vegan options we use as a staple. So, not to be over-critical, but this site isn't disappointing to say the least like everyone else seems to believe. Geez, Fishers people need to travel more outside of Hamilton County to experience a bad grocery Lol. One employee's actions, though bad and easily correctable by seeking management, should not reflect the 50,000+ sq ft grocery.

My husband just went to pick up his Rx from this Kroger. While he was getting his Rx, he asked the person if they could also grab some OTC supplements for him. To his surprise, they responded NO, I can 't do that. Any other pharmacy has no problem doing this for their customers. I 'm not sure if they were just being lazy or if it 's a company policy. Either way, it is an inconvenience and we won 't use Kroger 's pharmacy again because of this.

The staff is always incredibly helpful whenever I need assistance finding items. They have great prices and fantastic deals. I visit often and always find what I'm looking for! The Christmas blankets they sell are simply amazing! Occasionally, they have holiday-themed items, and I've picked up three so far! I was pleasantly surprised by how great the check-out was. Lines moved quickly (on a Saturday! , and there were managers around to help out as needed. Very refreshing experience. Liked the selection of produce. I saw multiple associates taking care of the fruit and vegetable section. Would definitely consider making the drive back.

I initially started shopping at this store when I was in Noblesville, and now I continue to go out of my way to visit it. I find it to be well-stocked, and I've never encountered any issues here. They always have what I need.
