Dirty. Carpeted floor in dining area looks disgusting. Krystal burgers were OK despite looking like they were just thrown together. They no longer have corn pups. Krystal Chicks have changed to a pre-formed patty that does not even look good. My husband took a bite or two and refused to eat the rest, saying they were nasty. Customer service was not good. Employees acted as if it was an inconvenience to wait on anyone. Wait was too long for fast food. Two customers after us said they waited 20-25 minutes for burgers and fries. One of those orders had the burgers not dressed correctly and had to be replaced. Customer complained and was told that they had a lot of drive-thru orders ahead of her...
White Castle of the South? Krystal Burgers are everywhere and they deserve your attention. I'd never been to one before but I will stop at one every time I can from now on. I wasn't sure what to order and the young man at the counter suggested the three slider combo instead of ordering individual burgers as a better deal. I went with the bacon cheese slider combo. I could wax poetic and say they've reinvented the wheel. The truth is this: every other cut and paste fast food burger joint is a out of dimension oblong of dry, cardboard texture meat. These burgers are wheels of delicious bacon-y, cheesy goodness. No mayo and all mustard, my style. My order came out in two minutes fresh and hot....
Definitely not the quality of food or service I expected from this chain. Customer service here was extremely poor as the cashier didn't acknowledge my wife and I upon entry and walking up to the counter, she just stared. Food tasted awful and seemed to have sat a long time before being served. Won't visit here again.
We had a fantastic breakfast at this restaurant. The pancakes were incredibly delicious, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the hashbrowns were amazing. Our waitress was wonderful, with just the right amount of sass (which was a good thing), and everyone was following COVID restrictions. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Honestly the worst Krystal I've ever been to. Employees weren't in uniform... Nothing about them indicated that they actually worked there. They barely spoke and wore a scowl the entire time. Burgers had a ridiculous amount of onions and buns were completely soggy. Inedible.
Krystal's is the only fast food chain that I not only enjoy eating, but I'm pretty sure I'm addicted to it. They make their food damn near to order and are open 24/7.
Krystal's is the best! We ordered about 2 1/2 dozen and only had to wait about 5 minutes. I wish they would come back to Texas! Fast service and delicious food.
