The first time I ordered food online, I walked to the door. The lady asked me, you dont have car? I said no ma 'am i work next door so I walked. Today (11/17/23) I ordered online. The site said, my food would be ready by 1:50. I was late due to work, then once i drove through and stated i had an online order the woman caught an attitude. The manager then proceeded to say dont give it to them . As my mother retrieved my items the manager said l cant come back, because i know the policy. Nothing is clear here, and their attitudes were out of line. Service was less then sub-par. I am disgusted with the low level of service. If they cant serve paying customers accordingly then Krystals might not...
I stopped because I always love krystal for lunch. the location was not allowed to feed in, so that I was annoyed when I parked at the entrance, opened the door and the staff inside said that they only serve over the journey through. my thoughts are please a sign that people go directly through the drive and do not park them the car to try in. after ordering in the drive through, the service was fast, the staff was pleasant and the eating was hot and fresh to order. the price was very reasonable for what I order. I would recommend this place for a quick bite, accept for which no dunes without signs to notify the patron, this krystal has good food and fast service.
my burgers tasted like freeze-incineration and the customer service was terrible. the employees were outside of dispute with another customer as we only try to find out if they are open, so we can order or if they are closed. a hired man told us they were closed, so we went. to drive back only 30 minutes later and there was a line that was fully serviced by customers in the thru running gear. at this point we came back to order because it was nothing else open to order food. we were from the city, so we were not familiar with the contrary, to know where we could eat.
The way I was greeted and served here I totally forgot that I was at a fast food restaurant. Moreover, I told someone I hated Krystals and I prefer the blue guys. They asked what Krystals have I had. I told them the locations and they recommended this location and I must say; the hate is no longer real. Got ones because I couldn't put zero! The young staff there are horrible. I asked for a sackful with cheese, freshly cooked and extra wet because I live so far away from the restaraunt. I could hear a young lady in the background of the drive thru mic talking smart. When I got to the window they were still laughing and playing. It totally turned me away from this location on Lawrenceville hwy.
Made my order, was directed to park alongside, eventually had to go inside to get my order... Apparently the employees argued about what my order was... Finally they got that straight... Got my order, the bread was nearly wet and soggy... The Krystal burgers appeared to have just been tossed together... Never will I go to this particular store again...
maybe a long wait due to personal problems, but babyyy that is 1 of the best krystal’s I had. everything was perfectly cooked and hot. portions are larger than most. the best breakfast for fast eating?
Ordered a Sack Full. Had to wait a few mins to be ready. Delicious and hot. New fries are great. I like this location better than Candler rd.
