As mentioned in another review…best to ignore your craving for Krystal’s if you haven’t use this store. Satat the drive-through for well over 15 minutes and that’s after I started actually keeping track of the time… Which was probably five minutes after I had pulled up to the window. It was 6:45 PM on Sunday July 21; there were no cars in the parking lot outside of the employees; there were no customers inside the store; and all I ordered was four Crystal hamburgers. I drove off in disgust without my food and went elsewhere.
How can you 1 make your poor employees work with NO AC IN FLORIDA!!! That’s just evil, 2 how can you NOT WVEN HAVE ENOUGH employees working? Waiting 25 minutes to order and then being told we don’t have any burgers ready and it’s 1pm. It will be 30 more minutes!!!???? It’s freaking paper thin! It can’t take that long to cook a burger. The Manager however is very sweet and I feel for her in that situation. When I finally got my food it was cold and tasted nothing like Krystal’s should taste. It also smells in there like pee!
This was my first visit, and I had previously heard comparisons to White Castle, but I would say they don’t quite match up! My daughter requested no onions on her burger, and while they offered to scrape them off after the fact, it would have been better if they could have just made it without onions to begin with. If you’re a fan of mustard and onions, you’ll probably enjoy it, but that’s definitely the predominant flavor profile.
Walked in and stood at the front for about 5 mins and didn’t see any employees and didn’t hear anything going on. Finally, a guy with a headset walked towards the front, looked over at me, and didn’t say anything. He kinda did something over by the drive thru, then glanced at me again as he walked back towards the rear of the store. Noone ever said a word to me. Bizarre experience Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I did not expect much going in. My husband had a bad experience in her before. The one person I could see working was on her phone and did not feel the need to get off her phone to greet me. I waited more than five minutes. Once I was asked what I needed and my order taken. It was another 10 before my food was ready. The restaurant was dirty and the service was terrible.
We are visiting the area for the week, and I wanted Krystal since we don't have them back home. The food is just as I remember, which is good. I has to give way lower stars, though because your poor employees are working with no A/C. Please get this fixed. The young lady at the counter was super friendly, though despite it being a complete sauna in the building.
I can't accurately describe my experience because I was just standing there without being attended to. There were two employees present; one came to the front, glanced at me, and then returned to the back. I eventually gave up and left. There was only one person in the dining area, and no one was in the drive-thru.
We ordered some cheeseburger crystals and they were terrible.It looked like they were just squished into the little boxes just nasty.The fries tasted old not fresh as the girl said they just fried a new batch.So disappointed. I would give this restaurant a 5-star rating, but there were too many onions in my dish. Other than that, everything else was fantastic!
