I ordered 3 separate orders my burgers had mustard, and I said no mustard my very first time ordering food from this company its the worst and on top of that we were missing a whole order I went back and the manager was very very disrespectful and got upset at us because her team misunderstood the order, Your Manager Tia needs a course in anger management and retake any classes or test that may improve her anger and improvement in customer service!! I must say this was a terriable experience for me and 2 car loads of people.. I hope this situation gets fixed asap. Legitimately every time you try and order food it's a long wait. They want you to just give up and go elsewhere. The workers essentially just want to sit there and do nothing while on the clock. They act like you showed up at a bank asking for food. It's the worst Krystals around.
The service at this Krystal's has always been poor, but it's only getting worse. It's no surprise that there are rarely any customers in line. With terrible customer service and subpar food, I really don't know how they manage to stay in business.

It was 10:32 when I went through the drive-thru, and they told me they only had three burgers left and wouldn't be making any more. It's Saturday! They need to get a new district manager or consider shutting down.
I can't share my experience since we arrived at 11:05 PM on a Saturday night, but the lights were off and there was no one available to take our order. Google listed them as being open until midnight.
Order was short and manager thought we were lying about the mistake even though we just left the place and Cheeseburgers for some reason have mustard on
