CREDIT CARD FRAUD/ STOLEN CARD NUMBER at this location. I witnessed the cashier on 10/15/2022 at 6:13pm use her phone to record a video or take a picture of my card. She literally had her phone in her hand and slightly tilted the screen towards me. Iassume she didnt know i was watching her. Thats when I saw she had her camera app open while my card was in her possession. Iwasn?t entirely sure if i saw what i know i saw because i wanted to have faith in humanity. Worst service ever! You pull up, they standing outside talking to people answering the drive thru from outside. They told me they were only doing door dash orders, the car directly behind me thy said they wad only taking credit card payments. No please,no thank you. Told me I was running her time up trying to place my order online like she suggested. They need to be closed orTERMINATE the staff and start over
This morning I went to Krystal?s around 1:30 AM. They told me the credit card machine was down, and I had to use cash only. And the cash had to be exact change only! What kind of illegal activity is this?! You can?t sale me a product and not give me changeback for the difference. I also found out they shorted me a kystals burger when I got home. Dont waste your time going to thislocation.
Krystal offers quick service and outstanding customer care! The staff was all smiles throughout my visit. While the receipt didn't include a name, I made sure to express my gratitude to the entire night team. I will definitely be coming back.
