They said 3 minutes and pull forward. Maybe because their drive through timer was running. Still didn't receive my order for another 11 minutes!? Was almost late for work. The food took a long time to arrive. I ordered the new crab cake and popcorn shrimp po' boy from the menu. While they prepared it fresh, the Krystal was extremely cold, and the wait time was at least 8 minutes.

Great customer service. The food was okay. The burgers need to be upgraded..not sure if that meat is meat or just fillers. The tater tots are bomb!
