A very bad experience, very bad service and with a lot of delay in simply bringing some drinks... on even 3 occasions we have had to ask for 1 beer, an account that we had to give up after asking some insane waiters for it on several occasions. But worst of all, a waiter who didn't even know the menu and who had to constantly go to the kitchen to ask what it was running and a very rude manager who didn't even accept criticism and has come to confront us. Customers for several years during our summer holidays, the menu and the service has changed and not positively! It seems that the service is only provided by students, it lacks professionalism. No welcome, no smile to customers. To get the card when you arrive, waiting 20 minutes is normal for the staff, yet not overwhelmed by the number of customers present. This bar looks lovely, and it is, however the way I have been treated by the owner is absolutely appalling. We were there fir a friends birthday on 14th August, After complaining about my food, the owner not only aggressively challenged me, he actually swore at me, because I didn't agree with him, and then in Spanish said an even ruder and quite frankly disgusting threat of what he was going to do to me with a certain part of his personal anatomy! Coincidentally most of the reviews are about the slow and rude staff and I totally agree. We sat down for dinner at 9:30 p.m. and got up at 12:30 a.m. for 2 starters, main and dessert to share. The place is nice, but already, a pity. We got up without paying and walked quietly to leave and give us time to see if they would then bring us the bill after 3 attempts; That's where they hurried.
