Der größte Teil der Grundprodukte stammt aus der Region. Die 3- bis 4-Tages-Menüs stehen auf einem mobilen Schrägtisch und es gibt Gerichte aus aller Welt. Zuerst steht eine Schüssel mit Salat auf dem Tisch, von der man so viel nehmen kann, wie man möchte. Die Salatsoße (in der man echt baden kann) wird separat in einen schiefen Behälter gestellt. Man muss aufpassen, dass man nicht schon auf frischem, knusprigem Brot satt isst. Als Hauptgericht werden überwiegend Nüsse, Currys, Fleisch- und Nudelgerichte serviert. I am a regular midday visitor of culture and I am always surprised and culinaryly pampered with not everyday lunch menus from all over the world, whether Indian, Mexican, French or original Swiss. before is salat from the bowl with great homedressing and in the midday stage is a small homemade dessert. it is simply topp, many thanks and soon!
I throughly enjoyed my visit and meal. The entire family was there working. It was my first time and I met everyone! It was awesome. And, my salad was really wonderful. It was the salad dressing. I've never had anything like it - secret family recipe. My schnitzel was awesome as well. I had a great time.
the cuisine of the culture beiz surprises me again and again very positiw. tasty, tasty food from local products is freshly prepared here. visual and great for the palate. the only negative are the barely comprehensible opening times which have a very sporadic effect. keep going!

I always like to go to this restaurant. the menu card changes with other wonderful foods. the tastes are great combined together, just wonderful. the service is very friendly and set up. for me it is the best restaurant throughout the canton aargau.
The ambience is not worth mentioning, but having said that it was a very pleasant evening, the food was interesting and tasty, the service was friendly and even though the staff is not well trained they do there best to please.
Das Hotel hat nur Sterne, ist aber sehr gut gelegen (im Zentrum) ist auch sehr sauber, die Zimmer mit Balkon sind auch groß. Sie sind in 3 Minuten am Meer. Halbpension gibt es für 50,-Euro. Familien kommen gut an (preislich)
Very relaxed atmosphere. The staff were attentive and spoke in English. Food was faultless and very tasty. Price was right. We will be visiting again. Good family restaurant to visit.

eating in this restaurant is brilliant for us as Vegi/Veganer. they also look for seasonal regional, which fits perfectly with our philosophy.
