Best Japanese restaurant in Bilbao when it opened a few years ago. We used to be regular clients. Quality of service is not what used to be. Some dishes need a new twist. Quality and presentation of dishes is good but not top notch as years ago. I would like to see other dishes from the Japanese cuisine being offered including some hot plates. It was the fourth time that I came, the other 3 previous ones everything was perfect, that's why we repeated. On the last visit, there was practically nothing on the menu (it was 9:45 p.m. since the next day they were taking vacations, something they should have notified since I would not have made the trip.
