Kumi Buffet - Tisch reservieren

I came here with my girlfriend and it was a very strange experience.1. There are weird signs all over the restaurant saying that if you don’t eat everything you take from the buffet that they will add fees to your bill for waste. I have literally never seen this at an all you can eat buffet and seems extremely tacky and bizarre.2. I have allergies to mayo and a few other ingredients sometimes found in suishi and other seafood. I took a stuffed crab shell and asked our server if the stuffed crab contained mayo and he said “I don’t know” and then proceeded to ignore that I had even asked and started bussing over tables and never asked anyone. I am so disappointed and embarrassed. I took some family members from out of town this past Thursday for dinner at 7:30. The bathrooms were nasty. The food trays were almost empty and never refilled. Customer service was really bad. We had to flag somebody down for water and sodas, they never did come to our table to take our plates, they then tacked on a convenience fee that we never even knew about. We spent well over $200 to begin with. I was very disappointed.Vegetarian options: There were plenty of vegetables that or meatless

Girlfriend brought me here for my birthday. We both got home from work around 7pm, by time we arrived it was 7:50. Hours say closes at 9. It should say closes at 8pm. They were already taking food away and would not cook anymore . By 8:20pm more than half the food was gone and others were low supply. Note pictures were taken at 8:20, this is 40 minutes before closing! What food there was is good just wish I could have tried more! First time here and probably last time since people working here are not pleasant....

I don't do Sushi, but they have a very nice selection. Only wish I knew what they were. I sampled quite a bit and all was good. I ate so much. The only areas I was disappointed in were the dessert. They were good (sponge cakes, puddings, cream puffs... just not my style. And the other was, I never saw anyone cutting meats (lamb, turkey, ham or sausage . But I'm sure I could have got someone to cut had I really wanted, but there were plenty of other yummy foods to try.

Sad to say, this place has gone down a lot in quality! The food used to have a good variety and be delicious! Everything seems to come from a frozen box! Watched a guy pull sushi out of a box. The tables are always sticky and dirty! Unfortunately, most of these places do good for a while, then go down hill.Food: 1/5
