Called ahead and asked if this restaurant was gluten free. Was told that they have many options for gluten free sushi with gluten free soy sauce and spicy mayo. Made the reservation as my young daughter has celiac and loves sushi. As a precautionary we also brought our own gluten free imitation crab/sealegs. After trying to find parking for close to 15 min we were able to get seated. The waitress came by and brought us Gluten free soy sauce and told us their crab is gluten free bc it’s not real crab. My clients wanted this spot for lunch and ordered the hot and spicy lo mein. KIM, they had lunch specials as well. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in, and the spot was nice. The lady finished her call and took my payment. The food was almost done, and she then brought it out, and I left. When I dug in, the food was ok. It wasn't as spicy, and it needed a little more salt. All in all, I had an ok experience.
Such a beautiful restaurant with not so good service. Lady was in a rush to take my order, no patience whatsoever. I ordered the fried rice it was greasy and so bland just not good, the cucumber and avocado rolls were ok.
Limited options for vegetarians; there were items for veggies but not the best veggie sushi I've had. The sweet potato rolls were massive and very filling....
