Had twice cooked pork. Dine in. If you have ever had this dish, you know it is supposed to be fattening but delicious. This dish was almost there, but so l still lacking. For the positive, it was not too salty which I appreciate. On the other hand, it lacked the bold 下饭 (pairs well with rice in a good way) flavor the traditional version I 'm accustomed to. Not bad, and maybe just the chefs way of cooking, but lacked flavor a bit requiring extra hot chili sauce on my part. Service was ok, nothing special. That was my first visit and it was soooo good. I ordered the mild garlic butter to cook shrimps, steamed dumplings and shrimps spring rolls. Everything was very fresh and delicious. The shrimp dish was a big winner, tons of shrimp for $18. I had to find the menu with the Sieden on Facebook because it was not posted anywhere else. I'm glad I did. I will definitely try the mei fun noodles again. The Lord who took my order was very friendly and my execution was carefully and correctly packed. Certainly try this place if you are looking for delicious Chinese food, especially if you are a seafood lover like me.
5/5 for being a traditional Chinese Sichuan style) restaurant. Very hard to find the dish I have ordered elsewhere, so very glad they have it. Dish is packed with a variety of ingredient, so a good deal for your money $13-14 range). I do think that the portion size for the restaurant is on the smaller side for the price, but might be just the restaurant dynamic now a days with inflation. Overall, would return, and would recommend if you want tradition and spicy Chinese food. If you want Americanized Chinese food, this is not your place.
Amazing service and delicious food! I really enjoyed eating here for the first time! The place is also super clean and organized. Our server lady was super sweet and always made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely could become a regular one here because the spicy chicken is so addicted!!!

The restaurant was empty, likely because the building isn’t visible from the street. That’s unfortunate because I ordered the Chow Mei funny noodles with chicken, and it was the best I’ve ever had. Thank you, Kung Fu Nudel, for a fantastic lunch! I’ll definitely be back.
The cumin-grilled cauliflower, tofu, and lamb were incredibly tasty! However, I have a 2023 update: unfortunately, they no longer offer Chinese BBQ dishes, which I was really looking forward to. Nonetheless, their other food is still quite good! Food rating: 4/5.
The food was exceptional and incredibly fresh. I loved the unique atmosphere of the place, and the staff members were extremely friendly. I will definitely be coming back here again.
ANNEX serves the best Taiwanese beef noodle soup, and their Vietnamese Ho Fun is also outstanding. Highly recommend!
