I used to go here a lot for over a year. Not sure what happened but the past couple of months, the few times I stopped by, the drink I got did not seem like it was properly mixed. There would be times when the drink would taste super sweet, thenflavorless on the next sip. It also seems like the drink as a whole went down a lot in quality, including the tapioca. I usedto go out of my way to get a drink here but it is not worth it anymore. The bubble tea here is easily the worst one out of 9that I have been through in NJ so far.

Attention, everyone! The new bubble tea shop in the neighborhood has just opened, and I couldn't be more thrilled. My favorite bubble tea brand is now just a stone's throw away! The drinks are incredible and always hit the spot. I definitely recommend swinging by for a refreshing beverage, especially during those late-night study sessions!
Credit Card Minimum of $6.00 forces a customer to purchase two teas plus they did not have a lot ingredients. ?We don?t have that? was the famous phrase to customers during my visit. By far the worst franchise I have been to in the brand. Accept the cost of doing business using credit cards at your business.

It is very relaxing place to get bubble tea and sit down with friends. The workers behind the counter are so nice and very attentive. I ordered a large Taro Milk Green Tea with Boba red bean and felt great after drinking it. Prices are very moderate and don't charge you loads. I will be coming back again!
Pretty much what you'd expect. Drinks are fine 90% of the time with the exception of the pearls and any other toppings you might add. Sometimes the pearls are rock hard and it'll catch you off guard. The place is filthy though. Looks like it's never beenswept and the tables are rarely ever wiped off.
I love this place. It is hard to find bubble tea places in NJ, and this saved my life! Super friendly, clean, and chill. The selections are good, and expected because it is a chain. The only thing I would suggest is to add a 10% sugar option. Right now, the little sugar option is 30%.
Every time I visit Kung Fu Tea, they either get my order wrong or completely forget it. I ended up waiting 40 minutes while everyone who ordered after me received their drinks first. They definitely need a better system in place. I wouldn’t recommend coming here—this is unacceptable.

Drove all the way to this location and arrived 30 mins before its closing time stated on their Google page on a Tuesday night, the store was already closed. The owner could simply have updated the business hours on their Google page to save customers sometrouble.
