This location is always busy. Came here on a Saturday afternoon. The employee taking the order is efficient though not friendly since it's non-stop ordering and calling drink orders. It also helps when your party knows what they want and speaks up which 1 person didn't though that comes with learning to order and takes practice. The cashier asked about sweetness and ice levels and we are all set. Ordered: 2 jasmine milk tea with boba and a minion (passionfruit slushie and something which I couldn't hear). Not a bad place if you want a drink though prepared to wait a little while.
I used to frequent this location a lot for the past few years, but recently the quality has gone down. It looks like there's a lot of new staff hopefully with some training and quality control, things will get better. The last two times I ordered, something was wrong. 1. I ordered green milk tea, but it tasted like just milk... Minus the tea. 2. The last time I ordered (earlier today), the tapioca was all clumped together. In the past, the tapioca was generally pretty good, but this time was markedly different. Hoping things will improve soon.
This is one of my favorite spots for bubble tea, and I've been a regular customer for many years. The staff is always friendly and polite, which makes the experience even better. My friends and family also enjoy coming here to grab drinks. I want to give a special shout-out to Shirley, who has taken my order several times and is always so kind and courteous. Recently, she suggested I try the rosehip lemonade with popping bubbles, and it's now my new favorite!
I ordered a thai tea, a basic drink that i always get. the drink is supposed to be orange and instead they filled the cup with milk and put the slightest amount of tea. i asked them to remake it with less milk and the workers gave me and attitude and put EVEN more milk.

You need to put your prices on the menu customer service is very poor in your place. Put the prices on the menu people need to know what they can afford. Your services is not good so sad. Other places place their prices.
Delicious boba tea! Kinda busy place but worth it. They don't do delivery (only pick up) and it's impossible to park somewhere by this place.

The app does not work 30 minutes before the store closes I guess they just don't want the no pick up or late orders
