Kura may not claim to have the best sushi or ramen in the city, but once you see the bells ring, the monitor light up, and the bowl of deliciousness you ordered glide over to your table, you’ll understand why this place is so enjoyable. A variety of sushi options move enticingly along the circulating conveyor belt. If you spot something appealing, just grab it and dig in. The staff at this restaurant is wonderful, and, like their other locations, the food is quick and delicious. However, the wait times on the app are highly inaccurate. When you register your name on the app, it provides an estimated wait time, which I’ve found to be often exaggerated. Some people add their names for a two-hour wait and never show up. When I added my name to the list, the estimate was up to an hour, but I ended up waiting over an hour and a half. It’s quite frustrating for a place that allows people to register when they’re not even present.

Maybe try a different location. This ones pretty small and tends to get very busy at dinner not a surprise of course). However, they had a more limited selection compared to the other locations and last few times I dined here, the sushi was really warm : . The wagyu too tasted like something was off and it was too old, my friend felt the same way. Try to go to a different location for more room and better quality, but it's fine if youre in a hurry. The chefs and workers were good.

Overall, it was a lovely experience for a casual sushi outing. I found that sitting at a table is much more comfortable than at the counter. Our spot near the door gave the place a somewhat odd ambiance. The food was delicious and represented good value for the price. Real Japanese operating business! NOT fake Mexican sushi, fake Korean sushi, fake Chinese sushi! I just want to correct JAPANESE SUSHI RESTAURANT! Quality and taste! I want to give this brand 7 stars! But google has only FIVE STAR!

There is a wait but it goes by quickly. The revolving sushi bar is nice. I don't know how many plates you have to have but you get a prize depending how many plates you eat. Worth the trip!

Great quality food! Super fresh. Worth the wait. They text you when your table is ready, so you have a chance to shop in the mall.
