Before my partner and I went to dinner, I double checked as to what time they close since it's a Sunday. I called them ahead of time and I was told it was 8:30 pm. We arrived at 7:15 pm. When my partner and I arrived for dinner, we took our seats and the QR code for the menu wasn't scanning on our table. I thought it was something minor so I let it go. We ordered the following: large misua soup, bulalo, and beef steak. 5 minutes later, server is asking what type of topping to put on the misua soup. That was a red flag. Currently waiting now for more than an hour to get our food. Only 2 things came from all that we ordered (4 different dishes, not a lot at all) for a 4 people. Bad bad service, not worth of your time and money. Had to ask for water after being seated 15-20 mins. I’ve never seen a restaurant and service this bad in the whole Chicago area. Excellent Food and Very Friendly Workers especially for the owner tita Linda. I like their Bangus SiSig, Egg Roll, Kare-Kare, Dinuguan Pork, Lechon Kawali, Bicol Express, Halo Halo, Lumpiang Shanghai Eggrolls etc.
