Appart Event is a caterer I strongly recommend that it be for the organization, the setting up on D-Day and their cooking skills. We chose Appart Event for our wedding and all our guests were delighted. The food is excellent and the service is very elegant. We worked with Olivier one of two managers. He was able to answer our many questions and last minute changes in a simple and very effective way. We were pleased to work with Appart Event, which has a remarkable kitchen, which has been part of the success of our wedding. We highly recommend Appart Event, you can go with your eyes closed. Olivier and his team provided an extraordinary service: our guests talk about the atmosphere as well as the meal. The cocktail with its animation was especially appreciated. The modified meal until the last moment as a result of allergies and vegetated meals was a success.The round of fresh, colourful, not roborative desserts and brunch the next day. Thanks again. Luckily this restaurant was open and had space on the Monday we arrived in Provins. It has a short menu, but made shorter by several dishes being sold out. What we had was perfectly acceptable, but nothing great. The restaurant is quite small and we...ended up on a small table jammed against the bar, in the shadow of a fairly noisy coffee machine. So not really a place for a quiet relaxing meal.
We have dinner after visiting the subfields. Clothing nail with sweet potato purée and ratatouille, that's exactly what I needed, accompanied by an island wine on the advice of the person responsible, nice, welcoming and available in spite of numerous reservations.

Arrival with a baby there's no high chair but no serious we ate super well and the little one tasted the weepers and the panais purée and loved! Thank you.
