Finally a restaurant worthy of this name in the countryside, although the wine of the scripture (the guillaumin rivera de maison), nestled with lime (71121) is a bistronomic restaurant, it has nothing to envy to those who claim to be gastronomical only by the name. a warm welcome of patronage in a chic and elegant setting. You feel at once comfortable. very good table, everything is homemade and you can see very quickly, original dishes made with fresh seasonal products. a chef who has a great skill in the kitchen, whether meat or fish, everything corresponded to our expectations in the chosen menus. the photos below speak for themselves. We'll be back.
We ate lunch here and were hoping for something special and we were not disappointed. There is only a set menu that the very nice Ms. Rivera explains and that is a good idea since it is not quite clear what some of the delicious components of the dishes are. The menu changes I think weekly and is both seasonal and locally sourced. It is a bit more expensive than some other resaturants in the area, but fair when the finesse and care of the meal is taken into account.
