Wir waren vor kurzem sowohl zum Mittag- als auch zum Abendessen dort. In beiden Fällen war der Service effizient und hilfreich. Auf diesem für die Bergküche typischen Menü konnten viele gute Entscheidungen getroffen werden. Unser sechsköpfiger Tisch bot eine Auswahl an Gerichten aus der gesamten Speisekarte, die wir teilten, und alle waren von hohem Standard. Die Preise in Verbier-Restaurants sind ziemlich hoch, aber in der Gruppe der Top-Restaurants, zu denen dieses gehört, liegen die Preisniveaus alle im gleichen Bereich. The owner is a lier and thief. We booked for dinner there in January in the morning the day of our booking.. We called to cancel and were told it was fine. Later they took 400chf from our credit card. The manager said we could afford it because we were rich. And that he never said we could cancel. Despite several attempts to go in ans reason he just shouts! Seriously avoid this place. I’m speechless.
We spent the New Year’s Eve at l’écurie and it has been an amazing experience ! Food was delicious, versatile and the taste were superb. On top of that, excellent choice of wines and spiritual I highly recommend this place!
