Provins es una ciudad provinciana y con pocos restaurantes, pese a ser como es. Arriba en la ciudadela hay diversos restaurantes más turísticos, pero este está abajo, y nos lo recomendó la encargada del hotel Cesar, no nos defraudó lo más mínimo. Imprescindible llegar a las 20h como tarde, más tarde no se puede cenar en esta ciudad, y mejor reservar, ya que aquí viene la gente del lugar a ponerse las botas.
