I believe I would have truly enjoyed my bubble tea if it hadn't been for the unpleasant encounter with a guest services supervisor who decided to confront me about needing assistance from the mall staff. Her rude and disrespectful tone was incredibly off-putting. Instead of savoring my mango milk bubble tea, I felt quite nauseous! I apologize to the staff behind the counter if they overheard that exchange. Your bubble tea shop deserves a much better rating, but that awful experience really affected my appetite! I certainly plan to return once that supervisor is no longer there! Additionally, if she was having a bad hair day, it was utterly unprofessional for her to take out her frustrations...
When I usually go to l2 the drinks are great but the other day I ordered taro and it was absolutely disgusting. I think the milk was spoiled and I’ve tried their taro before, and it did not taste like that, but other than that the service was good. I also got a different drink and they forgot the Ice in it. I could tell the lady at the front desk had a long day, but she was still kind enough to give me a refund (1 star for the service)
Came today, Saturday with my daughter for a bubble tea for our birthdays. Outside it was raining and slow so we arrived 5mins before closing. We waited in line for 10 mins and the girl came to tell us that they are closed and the last people to order would be the family ahead of us. I explained to her that it was our birthday . She didn't care. Left us there with my 8 yo in tears . Never going back.
I had the best smoothie I've ever tasted at L2. They use real fruit instead of syrup, which makes it incredibly fresh. Unlike McDonald's, which adds a lot of ice, and Starbucks, which has stopped serving smoothies entirely, L2 stands out as the best option. If I could, I would give them an infinite number of stars because they truly deserve it. Everything is so fresh. Definitely check out L2!

I really enjoy bubble tea, and this place has a nice atmosphere. However, I wish they offered a wider selection like Presotea does, and it would be great if they opened earlier. Why only at 10am? Many students and commuters would appreciate a 9am opening. It would be nice to grab a drink to take to work and savor throughout the day. It's a bit disappointing.
It’s absolutely appalling that we have to stand at least 30 min just to put the order and another 10 min tp get your drinks. They need to hire and pay more for people.
Its not how it used to be. I used to go weekly but because of my bad customer service experience. I won’t be going there
Taro Milk Tea was very average. However the Hokkaido bubble tea was very good especially with the perls that burst.
