This restaurant serves amazing barbecue that is some of the best in town, although it can get very hot in the summertime. It may be better to dine out or order takeout. The service is great, with a meal type option for lunch and prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. The food and service are both rated a 5, while the atmosphere is a 4. I have visited this restaurant multiple times since my first visit because of the delicious barbecue and the friendly staff. The half chicken, baby back ribs, and the trio with chicken, ribs, and brisket were all exceptional. I highly recommend this place, but make sure to arrive early as they sell out of popular items quickly. On my first visit, the ribs were sold out, and on my second visit, they were out of chicken, despite it not even being noon yet.
I don't get to visit this restaurant often, but every time I do, I am never disappointed by LA 23 - except when they sell out! Their barbecue is the best in the area, hands down. I highly recommend it. The service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is great. For lunch, expect to spend between $20-$30 per person. I suggest trying the Baked Beans, Brisket Sandwich, Mac and Cheese, Hot Link Sausage, and Pulled Pork - all delicious choices.

The food and service at this restaurant are amazing! We opted for takeout and had a delicious breakfast. The price per person is between $10 and $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a 5-star rating. Highly recommend trying the breakfast tacos!

This is my second visit to La 23 BBQ and I must say that it is some of the best barbecue I have ever had! The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant!
