the hotel is generally fine but it lacks many details to be a 4 stars. without plug on one side of the bed, the room phone didn't work, carpet floor, there was gel but not shampoo. We asked for an iron and we had to wait the next day because there was only one for the entire hotel. the pool is fine, maybe a little small but the worst thing is that there is no hotel vigilante so you find kids and not so kids sticking jumps, screams etc. the location is fine, near the cathedral but you have to keep in mind that it is in the highest area of burgos, so to go and come from the area of doves and churches, you have to climb and go down quite a few slopes or stairs, which makes it uncomfortable, apa...
exceptional, the quality of the hotel is maximum and my favorite in the city, as long as I pass by donkeys is my choice without a doubt. the spacious, comfortable rooms, with good quality and very well equipped, breakfasts are very varied and for all drops and to say of the pool, a jewel to disconnect and relax with sport. Premiun rooms and excellent support, very spacious. magnificent breakfasts in large dining room and beautiful views very well served by a sr. and sra., very efficient, friendly and earrings of everything. very attentive personal reception. in general, an excellent first superior. the rest a point because the parking price of 19.90 euros per night was made excessive, especially for a client that like us were 4 nights.
good hotel, located very close to the historical center and the cathedral and, at the same time, in a very quiet area. very good attention from the receptionists. good rooms, very clean and with beds with very comfortable mattresses. There is an area with swimming pool (interior) and gym (small but complete.) oted you can find parking in the surroundings. the hotel with an unbeatable location. only 300m is the cathedral, the main square, etc. the room is spacious and very comfortable beds. We have enjoyed the sauna and the heated pool, which is a advice to relax. very friendly and professional staff. if we return to burgos we will definitely stay there again.
for being a 4 stars in the bathroom was missing softening and shampoo. There was only bobon and a single pot of body cream for other things right. very comfortable beds and varied buffet
