Eating on a budget in Melilla does not involve Haute Cuisine! Beating in mind the four main cultural influences here the food should be world class, but this is a garrison town with lots of refugees. It is only when you go high class you get good food except there are a few places that serve unambitious food cooked well and La Andaluza is one. The restaurant is modern and clean, the staff are smart and trained. The menu is varied, and the food is served promptly but is freshly cooked. The price for two sharing a salad as a starter and a main course each with two rounds of drinks was just €35. Why it is good I'm not sure.
