Prices are great for the meal. I came in primarily for the French onion soup but also got the Shrimp Provencale. The style this soup is made can vary from chef to chef. I wasn 't impressed. It seemed kind of burnt which was odd to me. There wasn 't much flavor to it and it was darker than normal. Usually there 's a slightly salty (beef broth but sweetish (cooked wine taste, but this was flat. I was a little upset at 10.95 for the bowl but I will likely try another time just to see if it was this batch. 'La soupe a L 'onion gratinee '... The shrimp dish was good. It was unique but very flavorful and filling. Just the right portion. Everything looked wonderful. The service was great. My ticket...
Amazing. The fondue is excellent to order as an appetizer, but be prepared to order extra bread because you'll be wanting to lick the inside of the cheese pot clean! I had the farfalle, chicken and andouille casserole, which had plenty of delicious mushrooms and a flavorful sauce punctuated with spicy bites of andouille. Excellent. My sister had the ravioli with the Parmesan cream sauce; simple, hearty and delicious. My mother got the French onion soup and it was just as good as the one I had in Paris, a rich, velvety soup masterpiece. Just go already. It's worth it, un petit bijou parisien in the Springs!
Very quaint atmosphere that certainly felt romantic but was comfortable with just a friendly meeting. Truly enjoyed their mocha with a rich espresso. Their French onion soup was amazing and I highly recommend it. Their pastas had a rich, deep flavor. I also enjoyed their croque madam although I wished they had washed their grapes. Service was good overall and we will certainly will be returning.
La Baguette in Colorado Springs has all the decor and charm of a patisserie or cafe on Rue Cler in Paris. My cappuccino was great and their quiche options are delightful. This week I chose the broccoli quiche. By mid-morning, the outside tables are shaded and offer a great option Don't miss this little gem!
It seems like the place changed ownership very recently. The food was not good and there wasn’t very much of it to begin in the first place. The baguette sandwich was embarrassingly small with withered lettuce, basically no ham and saved mayo like there was a global shortage of the condiment
The food was good the waitress didn’t understand the order for $75 and no refill on our drinks and my first time there. Felt as if the waitress thought she wasn’t gonna get a tip but we still left her $10 which is the smallest tip we leave everywhere.
Wanted to try this place but the second we walked in it stinks really bad like musky mold. My husband said it smelled like a natural gas leak. Either way we didn't feel comfortable eating here with our baby. So we left.
Came to try the French onion soup. Eh. It's good, but not $8.50 good. The roll that came with it was huge and hard as a rock. Not a bad place, but I won't be back.
Great start coming to Fort Carson! The soup and sandwiches were delicioso!! Waitress is very sweet, too. The ambiance is super cute inside.
