La Balance Mets et Vins

On m'avait conseillé l'endroit pour la qualité de l'assiette mais aussi pour sa carte des vins très fournie en producteurs "nature"... et je n'ai pas été déçu ! Cuisson du boeuf et des poissons parfaite . Et on n'a que l'embarras du choix pour les vins ! La carte est vraiment précise et on se rend vite compte qu'elle est gérée par un passionné. Bravo !

Une vraie expérience culinaire proposée dans ce restaurant avec un menu associant les vins de la région aux plats traditionnels. N'étant pas un expert du premier, je me suis laissé guidé et le diner a été de surprise en saveur à chaque plats.
