Nice surprise! We stayed there for 5 days. The reception is attentive and effective. Breakfasts are delicious and tasty and varied dinners. Everything is fresh and tasty, we have enjoyed it. Beyond the service and the place we have been sensitive to the personality of the owner of this hostel who with great sincerity seeks to make you live a real immersion in Ariège. A wonderful week of a half-board holiday at the Barguillère. A big thank you to Anne for her welcome and her little attention, her creative and delicious cuisine, we felt shocked. visited this hotel with a team of biker friends, a very warm welcome in an old renovated batisse with taste and a lot of charm. A nice meal in the living room, then a meal worthy of a very large restaurant.... normal it is the boss who is in the kitchen. We know or stop now when we come to the area.
