This is our second stay, and immediately upon our arrival, we had the feeling of returning home, so the welcome is warm, attentive and professional. We booked a table for lunch, and our room was available from 11:00 instead of 4:00 normally. Very pleasant surprise. Lunch meal served on terrace by a smiling and professional staff. We can only praise the dishes made by Chef Jacques Chibois. Fragile of products, refinement of associations have enchanted us, as well as the sommelier's advice. Walk around the area in the afternoon, then dinner at 8:00 p.m. in the almost private dining room where we were served the Chef’s signature dish: the spelt mite with shrimp, safra-emulsion of lobster, follo...
