Service was excellent, right up to the moment the wine expert rolled his eyes at us. Very unprofessional and a bit elitist. The food was good, but boring. Nothing stood out as exceptional and the presentations were lacking imagination. Ordinary white fish on a bed of onions on a white plate with white sauce. It was good, but not $80 worth of good. We looked forward to this meal for months and were disappointed. We were early and were told there was no place for us to wait or have a drink and we should just walk around outside perhaps. This is strange to me. The setting is nice though. The staff were mostly welcoming. The 3 stars are for the setting and beauty of the place.
Sadly, this establishment does not merit the Relais Chateaux designation. The hotel does not offer quality accommodations. Breakfast room has old outdating carpeting. The only room I could find with a desk and a place to sit was suffocating hot (no AC) and no lighting. Our room 8 had its own WIFI due to the thick walls. I dont know if it is the electromagnetic field like in a plane, but neither of us could sleep more than a few hours. Not a good stay. If you are looking for a great Relais et Chateaux, we had a great experience at Le Domaine du Mas de Pierre in St Paul de Vence. Fantastic.
the frame is very beautiful, the service is quite attentive. the menu at 150 € leads us to have a mixed review (already the cheese supplement at 30 € , it is prohibitive for champagne at the aperitif: one choice. the holy jacques with cabbage, bof, because the cabbage is too strong. The fish are too cooked. The calf is perfect. But there's too much imprecision for a starred restaurant. disappointed briefs, especially with the price quality ratio.

beautiful and particularly flowery place, scented with jasmine and roses that are located either under olive trees or near water sources. this place is an ode to the nature where birds can be seen, among other things, that we don't usually see. the land after the main house is accidental but it is rewarded with a beautiful view.
It's a magical place. a care staff without too much chichi. Details make this place the beginning of a dream. the rest does not follow and is not up to the rates. the restaurant will deserve an improvement or a decrease in its rate. 8.50€ a coffee 10€ a badoit on the head.
Ce n'est plus ce que nous avons connus des années précédentes. Nous avons diné à la carte, rien à dire sur la qualité et le gout mais des portions vraiment trop petites pour les entrées et les plats. Suite à notre remarque une réduction a été accordée sur l'addition.
