A jewel in Toulouse! The location is cozy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. What an original menu that burst with local, seasonal products. We ordered the 3-way cauliflower and butternut soup as a starter. We also have delicious corn bread. For the main course we ordered cabbage rolls in Bouillon and 4-way Celeriac with black rice. We were very happy to get so many deliciously prepared vegetables after a trip through Spain that seemed to be a vegetable emptiness. Especially the Celeriac was excellent, everything else was also delicious. For dessert we shared a cream broiler that was very tasty. Unfortunately, the Jerusalem artichoke dessert was no longer available because it seeme...
Every time it is a huge pleasure: explosion of flavors, surprising and varied associations (one menu per month), adorable service, listening, helpful and smiling. Go without any hesitation, you'll have a great time and you'll want to go back.
Highly recommend. The food was exactly what we hoped to find in France. Interesting delicious flavors, excellent presentation and friendly staff. If you are happy to spend a little extra money on a memorable meal, this is the place.
Amazing restaurant with a lot of creative and unique dishes. Highly recommend for those who are vegan or looking to eat more plant-based options. Keep in mind that they are open Wednesday to Sunday.
