My family and friends were left dumbfounded after a shocking dinner experience at La Bergerie and I strongly recommend anyone with a booking during half term ski week think twice before eating here. The food is simply dreadful. Trying to be constructive, I asked to...speak to the manager at the end of the meal having suffered poor customer service, a rude waitress and awful food that didn’t match the description on the menu. Nous y sommes allés pour un déjeuner.Sur le service : Service agréable lorsque nous sommes arrivés. En revanche, dès qu'il y a eu du monde, cela devenait compliqué de demander quelques choses. J'ai senti un certain énervement au bout de ma deuxième demande. Je me suis senti obligé de m'excuser. We had a nice meal again in this local restaurant, which was taken over this season by the Restoleil Group. You have a new friendly staff and a new menu that holds local French mountain dishes as well as a variety of other meat and meat dishes for families and couples. They also offer a takeaway menu as well as pizza and pasta. The service was excellent and the staff was extremely attentive, although they were all new and were only open for 10 days. You have developed the decking in front of the restaurant for some apres skiing. Well done, we'll be back.

We visited La Bergerie during lunchtime on one of the days and had the most amazing Tartiflette. We then came on the last night of our stay as our 10 year old wanted the delicious duck again that he had last year. The food was amazing, great hospitality and the owner explained to us about the night telemarking race that was going on that we watched the end of as we ate. Was really quiet when we arrived but really busy by the time we left. We will definitely be back again next year! Thanks!

We always go to the Bergerie when we come to Sainte Foy as it is consistently good food and service. Lovely restaurant in great setting. If hot you can sit outside on their deck and if snowy or in the evening the interior of the restaurant is very nice and often has a fire burning. Really great Savoyard fare including their signature Fondue Royale made with champagne! The staff are friendly and atmosphere great.

Rude bar staff. Very 'laddish' and place does attract the 'hooray Henry' type. Very rude to my wife and, although bar was empty, ignored me, then was rude to me. I have eaten here previously and found the food to be below par, expensive and not great on portion sizes. Service is slow and attitude of staff is simply awful. I would not recommend.

Tellement bon que nous y sommes retournés 3 fois dans la semaine. Le filet de bœuf est un régal et les salades sont composées de vraies salades (pas en sachets) et l'assaisonnement maison est un délice. Accueil très sympathique et endroit plein de charme.Attente normale et prix justifié par la bonne qualité des produits.

Stayed for the week in January and visited here daily for hot chocolate, drinks, takeaway pizza and lunch. Very friendly staff and fantastic food. Sunshine on both sides of the building that is a bonus. Fondue and Croque Monsieur was delicious!

Excellent service and the food was excellently presented and very tasty. We visited before and never swore to return, but discovered that it had changed hands and what a difference the new owners made.

Super gezellig restaurant. De sfeer is top. Het eten is heerlijk en het is een fantastische plek! Echt een aanrader. Wat hebben we hier genoten!
